Saw a weird issue on an Exchange 2010 Server last week. Whenever someone tried to start the Exchange Management Shell, it came with the following error: The Windows PowerShell snap-in Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.E2010 is not installed on this machine For some reason the Exchange Management Console works fine.
