Organizing and Community Leadership
I am the co‑founder and organizer of Workplace Ninja User Group Denmark, a Danish community focused on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Modern Workplace, and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
The user group runs monthly online meetups and has grown into an established and active community with 1,050+ members. The sessions consistently focus on real‑world scenarios, deep technical content, and open discussion, and the group serves as a platform for both knowledge sharing and community engagement. In my role, I act as user group leader, event organizer, moderator, and AMA host, as well as a regular speaker.
In addition to ongoing user group activities, I have also been involved in conference and event organization. This includes AI Day 2025 in Aarhus, where I served as co‑organizer. The event attracted approximately 855 participants, bringing together IT professionals and decision‑makers for a full day focused on AI, productivity, and modern cloud technologies.
Across both user group and conference initiatives, my focus is on creating accessible, high‑quality community events, fostering knowledge exchange, and connecting practitioners with peers, experts, and product insights in a collaborative setting.
User Group Leadership
I am the co‑founder of Workplace Ninja User Group Denmark, a Danish community focused on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Modern Workplace, Microsoft Cloud Productivity, and related technologies.
The user group was established in 2022, founded together with fellow MVP Ronni Pedersen, and has since been run as a monthly online user group. Over the past several years, the group has maintained an average attendance of approximately 100 participants per meetup, reflecting consistent community engagement and relevance.
Workplace Ninja User Group Denmark is a free and open community for anyone working with or interested in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security, Microsoft Teams, Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Azure. The primary goal of the group is to inform, educate, and share practical knowledge, while also serving as a platform for discussion, idea exchange, and community-driven content.
All meetings are held as online sessions, enabling broad participation across Denmark and beyond. Community members are encouraged to contribute by suggesting topics or presenting sessions, making the group a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
The group has its roots in the CoLabora User Group, which I founded in April 2010, originally focusing on Skype, Exchange, and later Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365. After more than a decade of continuous community activity, the group was renamed and reshaped into Workplace Ninja User Group Denmark, building on over 15 years of user group leadership and community involvement.
Today, Workplace Ninja User Group Denmark has approximately 1,050 members, and continues to grow as an active and trusted community for Microsoft professionals.
Product Team Feedback and Engagement
I actively engage with Microsoft product teams by providing structured and actionable feedback based on real‑world usage, customer scenarios, and hands‑on implementation experience.
My feedback is shared through a combination of in‑person engagements, direct email dialogue with CVPs and product staff, and Microsoft Teams meetings, enabling both in‑depth discussions and continuous collaboration.
I also participate in Product Group Interactions (PGI), contributing feedback and insights directly to engineering and product teams, and I have been involved in Customer Connection Program (CCP) feedback initiatives and surveys.
In addition, I take part in person at the Microsoft MVP Summit, where I engage directly with product groups for feedback discussions, deep technical exchanges, and networking with both Microsoft engineers and fellow MVPs. These interactions provide valuable opportunities to validate real‑world challenges, discuss design decisions, and influence product direction.
My contributions are primarily focused on improving security, manageability, migration experiences, and real‑world operational outcomes across Microsoft 365 and related cloud services.
Community Scripts and Free Tools
Over the past years, and most recently during 2025 and 2026, I have developed and shared a collection of PowerShell scripts, toolkits, and free services aimed at helping IT professionals work more efficiently with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and migration scenarios. All scripts and resources are made available openly to support knowledge sharing within the community.

Part of the Entra SOA Manager toolkit, designed to help manage and transition user source‑of‑authority scenarios between Active Directory and Entra ID. - Exchange Mailbox & Group SOA Manager
A set of scripts for handling source‑of‑authority alignment for Exchange mailboxes and Microsoft 365 groups. - Exchange Mailbox SOA Bulk Updater
Enables bulk updates of mailbox source‑of‑authority attributes to support migrations and hybrid cleanup scenarios. - Microsoft 365 Migration Scripts Toolkit
A collection of scripts supporting various stages of Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant and identity migration projects. - EXO‑ReEnable‑AutoReply
Utility script to re‑enable Exchange Online automatic replies in scenarios where they are disabled or reset. - ADUsers‑Signature‑Data
Extracts and structures Active Directory user data for use in email signature solutions and directory‑based scenarios. - Certificate Exporter
A certificate utility that exports certificates into multiple formats (including PFX and PEM), simplifying cross‑platform and service integration tasks.
These scripts are shared openly on GitHub and are designed to be practical, reusable, and grounded in real customer and project experience.
Free Community Services
In addition to scripts, I have also built and released free tools and services for the broader IT community:

A free service for validating DNS and email security posture, including checks for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and general email health indicators. - BurnLink.io
A secure, free service for sharing sensitive information such as passwords using a one‑time link that is automatically destroyed after being opened.
Both services are designed to promote better security hygiene without introducing friction or cost.

While the blog has not been very active in terms of new content, it continues to attract readers and remains a useful reference resource. Over the past year, the site recorded 24.5K+ visits, reflecting ongoing interest in the existing content.

The profile currently has 2,181 followers and is used to share updates related to community events, speaking engagements, technical topics, and product insights.
